Job summary

ISS UK Limited is seeking a Mobile Electrical Engineer to deliver electrical PPMs, proactive and reactive maintenance across commercial environments, ensuring customer expectations are exceeded.

You will provide electrical building services maintenance, support fabric, HVAC and mechanical tasks, and work to health and safety requirements. The role includes callout rotation and maintaining high standards of documentation and compliance.

Qualifications

• Experience performing PPMs in FM or building services.
• Maintenance tasks including basic fixtures and fittings.
• Experience with weekly/monthly PPMs across commercial environments.
• Electrical building services maintenance: fault finding, installation and testing.
• Experience delivering reactive and planned maintenance.
• Work safely under health and safety procedures and risk assessments.
• Provide professional service and maintain client relationships.

Responsibilities

• Carry out electrical PPMs, proactive maintenance and reactive works within service levels.
• Fault finding, maintenance, installation and testing of electrical systems and equipment.
• Complete building services tasks including fabric, HVAC and mechanical works.
• Participate in callout rota and provide emergency response to client needs.
• Manage contractor control duties and monitor Permits to Work.
• Ensure equipment operates to performance criteria and keep records up to date.
• Ensure health and safety procedures and COSHH compliance are followed.
