Job summary

ABM UK is seeking a Mobile Electrical Engineer to perform PPM and reactive maintenance on electrical and mechanical systems across client sites. You will work on building fabric tasks, document work on PDA CMMS, and support safety and compliance throughout each shift.

The role involves on-call cover, some high-level work, and collaboration with subcontractors to maintain reliability of building services for ABM’s clients.

Qualifications

• Worked in Retail/Commercial maintenance environments with electrical and mechanical systems.
• Experience with air handling units, emergency lighting and plumbing basics.
• Trade qualifications in plumbing, mechanical or electrical are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Carry out planned and reactive maintenance including electrical and mechanical PPM and repairs.
• Close/update tasks on the PDA CMMS system.
• Support the client with building services reliability and safety.
• Assist specialist subcontractors for PPM and reactive works.
• Maintain site records and ensure health and safety procedures.
• Regular on-call cover for site emergencies outside normal hours.
