Job summary

Mitie in Northampton is seeking a Mobile Cleaning Supervisor to manage cleaning across multiple sites, ensuring high standards and adherence to schedules. You will recruit and develop staff, deliver routine cleaning, and provide health and safety training.

The role requires strong communication, reliability, and the ability to lead a team. This is a full-time position (40 hours weekly) with an hourly rate of £13.45 and a permanent contract.

• Previous supervisory experience in cleaning or facilities management.

• Monitor cleanliness standards, distribute uniforms, and manage stock levels.
• Address issues professionally and escalate to line manager when necessary.
