Job summary

Mitie is seeking a Cleaning Supervisor to lead a cleaning team across multiple client sites in London. The role requires managing staff, delivering high standards of cleaning, and ensuring compliance with health and safety procedures. The contract is fixed for 12 months and based on a 48-hour week with a night shift pattern.

You will recruit, train and develop staff, monitor standards and stock, and escalate issues to the line manager as needed. Prior supervisory cleaning experience is essential.
