Job summary

Mitie is seeking a Mobile Cleaning Supervisor to lead a cleaning team across multiple sites, delivering high-standard cleaning and adhering to schedules. You will recruit, train, and develop staff while upholding Health & Safety procedures to maintain exceptional service levels.

The role requires reliable, communicative leadership and the ability to work independently, with a focus on continuous improvement and responsive issue resolution at site level.

Responsibilities

• Manage a cleaning team across multiple sites, including recruitment and staff development.
• Deliver routine planned and periodic cleaning to a high standard.
• Provide training and ensure Health & Safety procedures are followed.
• Monitor cleanliness standards, distribute uniforms, and manage stock levels.
• Address issues professionally and escalate to line manager when necessary.
