Mitie Cleaning & Hygiene Services is seeking a Mobile Cleaning Supervisor in Corby to lead a cleaning team, deliver high standard cleaning across sites, and ensure adherence to schedules. The role is permanent, full-time, 40 hours per week with a Mon-Sat shift pattern.

Salary is £13.45 per hour, and the position includes benefits and opportunities for training. You will report to the line manager and play a key part in maintaining service quality and safety compliance.

Responsibilities

• Manage a cleaning team across multiple sites, including recruitment and staff development.
• Deliver routine planned and periodic cleaning to a high standard.
• Provide technical training and ensure Health & Safety procedures are followed.
• Monitor cleanliness standards, distribute uniforms, and manage stock levels.
• Address issues professionally and escalate to line manager when necessary.
