Job summary

Mitie Group plc. in Birmingham is seeking a Mobile Cleaning Supervisor to lead a cleaning team, ensure SLA adherence and follow schedules. You will recruit and develop staff, ensure health & safety, and maintain high cleaning standards across sites.

The role is permanent and full-time, working 40 hours per week at a rate of £14.08 per hour, based at BCHC, Birmingham Dental Hospital. Strong communication and self-driven attitude are essential for success.

Role Responsibilities:

• Manage a cleaning team across multiple sites, including recruitment and staff development.
• Deliver routine planned and periodic cleaning to a high standard.
• Provide technical training and ensure Health & Safety procedures are followed.
• Monitor cleanliness standards, distribute uniforms, and manage stock levels.
• Address issues professionally and elevate to line manager when necessary.
