Job summary

Mitie is seeking a Mobile Cleaning Supervisor to deliver high cleaning standards across sites, adhering to SLA agreements and schedules. This permanent, part-time role offers 30 hours per week with a Monday–Saturday pattern and on-site responsibilities across Mobile Worker regions.

The role includes supervising a cleaning team, delivering routines, training staff, and ensuring health and safety. A van and fuel card are provided, along with the support of a dedicated team and opportunities to

Responsibilities

• Manage a cleaning team across multiple sites, including recruitment and staff development.
• Deliver routine planned and periodic cleaning to a high standard.
• Provide technical training and ensure Health & Safety procedures are followed.
• Monitor cleanliness standards, distribute uniforms, and manage stock levels.
• Address issues professionally and escalate to line manager when necessary.

We're looking for a Mobile Cleaning Supervisor who will deliver excellent service standards, while meeting SLA agreements and adhering to cleaning schedules.
