ctrg: Mansfield Hub are working in partnership with one of the UK's leading facilities management companies to recruit for a mobile cleaning operative to join their team on a temporary to perm basis.

We are recruiting on their behalf for a Temp to perm, full time mobile cleaner to support their portfolio of accommodation in the Peterborough area. The purpose of this role is to clean and maintain accommodation in the area, to ensure that they operate as smoothly and as effectively as possible.

Main Duties and Responsibilities

• Cleaning of rooms/properties as directed, ensuring that all rooms/properties are of a good clean standard.
• Cleaning void rooms/properties to prepare them for new tenants.
• Remove rubbish and dispose of correctly.
• Check kitchen appliances are clean and free from hazards and common part areas are free from hazards.
• Ensure that houses are hygienic and well maintained.
• Report any repairs to the maintenance office team.
• Support when no lone working is required
• Carry out sharps sweeps

Candidate Requirements

We are ideally seeking candidates who have previous experience in accommodation cleaning, who drive and hold a full UK manual driving licence, and who are committed and reliable individuals. Candidates who have experience of cleaning communal blocks and multi room properties are preferred, as is sharps experience, however full training will be provided.

We are seeking candidates who are resilient and able to deal with people of all backgrounds, who may be complex or at times challenging, in a positive and constructive way.

We are ideally looking for a candidate who is organised, has a high standard of cleaning and is able to prioritise and multitask. Often, the role will require you to work independently, therefore candidates must be able to work to their own initiative, and be a self starter.

Salary

£12.60ph and use of a company vehicle.

Hours of Work

This is a full time position working 37.5 hours a week Monday to Friday
