Job summary

McCarthy Stone is hiring Mobile Care Assistants to deliver personalised care and domestic support to homeowners across Downend and surrounding areas. The role combines personal care with domestic tasks, requires travel between developments, and offers rota-based hours including mornings, evenings and alternate weekends.

You’ll work with the Field Care Supervisor and Managers to support wellbeing, mobility, and daily tasks.

Qualifications

• Experience in a care environment preferred; training provided.
• Strong interpersonal skills, empathy and good time management.
• Housekeeping or domestic experience welcomed.

Responsibilities

• Provide personalised care including daily activities, hygiene, and medication assistance.
• Maintain communal areas to a high standard and keep surroundings welcoming.
• Provide domestic support such as cleaning, shopping, and managing tasks.
• Support social activities and transport arrangements to enhance wellbeing.
