Job summary

McCarthy Stone is seeking a Mobile Care Assistant to deliver compassionate, person-centred care to our homeowners across our Nottingham developments. You’ll travel between sites, support daily living activities, personal care, and companionship, while helping to maintain communal areas to a high standard.

You’ll work on a rota including mornings, evenings and alternate weekends, with travel expenses covered and a pension and life insurance as part of our benefits.

Qualifications

• Experience in a care environment preferred but not essential; full training provided.
• Strong interpersonal skills, empathy and time management.
• Willingness to travel between developments and flexibility to rota

Responsibilities

• Provide personalised care including daily activities and medication assistance.
• Support with household tasks and maintain communal areas.
• Assist with social activities and transport arrangements.
