McCarthy & Stone is seeking Mobile Care Assistants to join our care team across Nailsea and surrounding areas. This dual role combines personal care and domestic tasks to support our homeowners.

You will travel between developments, provide compassionate support, assist with daily activities, and help maintain a clean, welcoming living environment. A £300 probation bonus is offered, and a valid UK driving license is required.

Qualificações

• Experience in a care environment preferred but full training provided.
• Must have a valid full UK driving license and access to own car.

Responsabilidades

• Provide personalised care, including help with daily activities and personal hygiene.
• Assist with domestic tasks and maintain communal areas to a high standard.
• Offer companionship and support wellbeing activities for homeowners.
• Travel between McCarthy Stone developments to deliver care services.
• Assist with transportation arrangements and attending appointments.
