Job summary

McCarthy Stone is seeking a Mobile Care Assistant to join our care team across developments. This dual role covers Personal Care and Domestic Services, working with Field Care Supervisors and House Managers to deliver tailored care and lifestyle support for homeowners.

You will travel between developments, assist with daily activities, support social activities, and help maintain communal areas. Full training is provided; evening and weekend shifts have enhanced pay; a valid UK driving license

Qualifications

• Experience in care environment preferred; training provided.
• Level 2 Health and Social Care qualification preferred.
• Strong interpersonal skills, empathy and time-management are essential.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care including daily activities and medication assistance.
• Maintain communal areas; assist with household tasks to keep developments clean and welcoming.
• Support social activities, transport arrangements and appointments for homeowners.
