McCarthy Stone is hiring a Mobile Care Assistant to support older homeowners across Settle and surrounding areas. You will travel between developments providing personal care and domestic services, with a focus on wellbeing and companionship.

The role requires a full UK driving license and willingness to travel. It offers 35 hours per week, a £14.50 hourly rate plus 0.30 for evenings, and additional benefits including mileage reimbursement and training opportunities.

Formación

• Level 2 Health and Social Care preferred but full training available.
• Strong interpersonal skills, empathy and time management are essential.
• Domestic or housekeeping experience is welcomed.

Responsabilidades

• Provide personalised care including daily activities, personal hygiene and medication assistance.
• Maintain communal areas to a high standard and offer domestic support such as cleaning and shopping.
• Support social activities, transport arrangements and appointments for wellbeing.
