McCarthy Stone is seeking a Mobile Care Assistant to deliver personal care and domestic services across our Consett developments. You’ll travel between sites, providing compassionate care, accompanying activities and support to homeowners.

The role requires a valid UK driving license and access to your own vehicle. We offer training, mileage at 43p, and a rota that includes mornings, evenings, and some weekends.

Qualifications

• Prev experience in a care environment preferred.
• Strong empathy, interpersonal skills and time management.

Responsibilities

• Provide personalised care including help with daily activities, personal hygiene and medication assistance.
• Maintain communal areas in developments to a high standard, including cleaning, shopping and household tasks.
• Assist homeowners with social activities, transport arrangements and appointments to support wellbeing.
