McCarthy & Stone is seeking caring Mobile Care Assistants to support older homeowners across Cleethorpes and surrounding developments, delivering personal care, domestic tasks and social companionship.

Travel between sites is required; a full UK driving license and access to your own car are essential. Hourly pay is £14.50 with uplifts for evenings and weekends, plus full training and a range of employee benefits.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in a care environment preferred but not essential; full training provided.
• Strong interpersonal skills and empathy are essential.
• Ability to manage time effectively and work to a rota.

• Provide personalised care including daily activities, personal hygiene and medication assistance.
• Maintain communal areas, assist with shopping and household tasks.
