Job summary

McCarthy & Stone is seeking a Mobile Care Assistant to join our care team in Rowlands Gill and surrounding areas. The role involves Personal Care and Domestic Services with travel between developments. A valid UK driving license and own car are essential, with mileage paid and travel expenses covered.

Hourly rate is £14.50 with extra pay for evenings and weekends, and rota-based hours between 7am and 10pm. You will work closely with supervisors to deliver personalised care and lifestyle

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a care environment is preferred but not essential; training provided.
• Strong interpersonal skills, empathy and effective time management.
• Applications welcome from candidates with domestic or housekeeping experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide personalised care including daily activities, hygiene and medication assistance.
• Maintain high standards in communal areas and provide domestic support for homeowners.
