Job summary

McCarthy Stone invites applications for the Mobile Care Assistant role. Based in Retford and surrounding areas, you will travel between developments to provide personalised care, companionship and domestic support to homeowners.

A full UK driving license and access to your own vehicle are essential. You will receive a £14.50 hourly rate with a £0.30 evening uplift, travel expenses reimbursed at 43p per mile, and a probation bonus of £300.

Qualifications

• Ideally hold Health and Social Care Level 2 or equivalent.
• Strong interpersonal skills and empathy are essential.
• Good time management and organisational abilities required.

Responsibilities

• Provide personalised care and support for homeowners, including daily activities and personal care.
• Maintain communal areas to a high standard and assist with household tasks.
• Support social activities, transport arrangements and appointments, enhancing wellbeing.
