Job summary

McCarthy Stone is seeking a passionate Care Assistant to join our growing care team in the Sandbach area. This mobile role requires a valid UK driving license and use of your own vehicle, with travel between developments and expenses reimbursed.

An hourly rate of £14.50, plus extra payments for evening and weekend hours, and a probation bonus of £300 on passing probation. Responsibilities include personal care, domestic tasks, and social support to older homeowners, with full training provided

Qualifications

• Experience in a care environment preferred but full training provided.
• Must have strong interpersonal skills and empathy; good time management.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care and domestic support to homeowners.
• Maintain communal areas to a high standard and assist with household tasks.
• Support social activities, transport arrangements, and appointments for homeowners.
• Travel between McCarthy Stone developments as part of a mobile field-based role.
