Job summary

McCarthy Stone is seeking Mobile Care Assistants to support homeowners in Kenilworth and surrounding areas. This field-based role requires travel between developments with a valid UK driving license and access to a car.

The role offers £14.50 per hour, with extra £0.30 for evenings and £1.30 for weekends, plus a probation bonus and mileage reimbursement. You will work with the Field Care Supervisor and House Managers to deliver personalised care and domestic services, including assisting with

Qualifications

• Experience in a care environment preferred but not essential.
• Valid UK driving license and access to own car preferred.
• Willingness to travel between developments and mobility-enabled duties.

• Provide personalised care including daily living activities and medication assistance.
• Maintain communal areas to a high standard and assist with household tasks.
