Job summary

McCarthy & Stone is seeking a Mobile Care Assistant to join our care team across Hook, Tadley, Basingstoke and surroundings. You will travel between developments, provide personal care and domestic support, and help enhance residents' daily living with compassion and professionalism.

The role offers a rota with mornings, evenings, and alternate weekends, requires a full UK driving licence, and mileage paid. Training and development opportunities are available.

Qualifications

• Experience in care preferred but not essential; training provided.
• Strong interpersonal and time-management skills are essential.
• Flexible, able to travel between developments and support wellbeing activities.

Responsibilities

• Provide personalised care including daily activities, hygiene, and medication assistance.
• Maintain and clean communal areas; assist with domestic tasks and shopping.
• Support social activities, transport arrangements, and appointments for homeowners.
