Job summary

McCarthy Stone Ltd is seeking a Mobile Care Assistant to provide personal care and domestic support to homeowners across Bishop Stortford developments. The role requires travel between sites and a valid UK driving license, with full training available.

You will work on a rota including mornings/evenings and some weekends, with enhanced pay for evenings and weekends. A probation bonus is available and a comprehensive benefits package is offered.

Qualifications

• Experience in a care environment preferred but not essential, as full training is provided.
• Must have a valid full UK driving license and access to own car.
• Willingness to travel between developments and work on a rota including mornings/evenings/weekends.

Responsibilities

• Deliver personal care and domestic services to homeowners.
