Job summary

McCarthy Stone is seeking passionate Care Assistants to join our growing care team in our developments across the UK. This Mobile Care Assistant role involves personal care, domestic tasks, companionship, and supporting wellbeing activities.

You will travel between developments, with a rota including mornings, evenings, and alternate weekends. A full UK driving license and access to your own car are essential; mileage is reimbursed at 43p per mile.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a care environment is preferred.
• Level 2 Health and Social Care qualification is beneficial but not essential.
• Must have driving license and access to own car.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care and domestic assistance to homeowners.
• Support wellbeing activities and accompany appointments and transport.
• Maintain cleanliness of communal areas and assist with shopping and errands.
