McCarthy Stone is seeking a Mobile Care Assistant to join our care team across Hook, Tadley, Basingstoke and surrounding areas. You will travel between developments delivering personal care and domestic assistance, including companionship and wellbeing support.

The role requires a valid UK driving license and use of your own car. The position offers hourly pay with extra for evenings and flexible rota hours, including weekends and some bank holidays.

Formación

• Previous experience in a care environment preferred but not essential.
• Strong interpersonal skills and empathy.
• Willingness to travel between developments and work flexible hours.

Responsabilidades

• Provide personalised care including help with daily activities and medication assistance.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness in communal areas and provide domestic support.
• Support social activities, transport arrangements and appointments for homeowners.
