Job summary

McCarthy Stone is seeking a Mobile Care Assistant to support older homeowners with personal care and domestic tasks across our developments. You will travel between sites, provide companionship and assist with wellbeing activities.

The role requires a valid UK driving license and flexibility to work mornings, evenings and alternate weekends. Training is provided; sponsorship is not available.

Qualifications

• Experience in a care environment preferred; training provided.
• Strong interpersonal skills, empathy and time management essential.
• Domestic or housekeeping experience welcome.

Responsibilities

• Provide personalised care including daily activities, personal hygiene and medication assistance.
• Maintain communal areas to a high standard and support wellbeing activities.
• Travel between developments to deliver mobile care and support homeowners.
