Job summary

McCarthy & Stone seeks a Mobile Care Assistant to deliver personal care and domestic support across our developments. You will travel between sites with a valid UK driving license and receive mileage reimbursement.

The role offers enhanced pay for evenings and weekends, a probation bonus, and a comprehensive benefits package including pension and life cover. A rota includes mornings, evenings and alternate weekends.

Qualifications

• Experience in care environment is beneficial, but full training is provided.
• Must have a valid full UK driving license and own car for travel between developments.
• Level 2 Health and Social Care required or willing to train to achieve it.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care and domestic support to homeowners.
• Maintain communal areas to a high standard.
• Support social activities and accompany appointments, including travel between developments.
