McCarthy Stone is seeking Mobile Care Assistants to deliver personal care, domestic services and social support for homeowners in our developments around Atherstone. You will travel between sites to provide bespoke care and assist with wellbeing activities.

This field-based role requires a valid UK driving license and access to your own car. A £300 probation bonus is offered, along with mileage at 43p per mile and other benefits.

Qualificações

• Experience in a care environment preferred but not essential; full training provided.
• Strong interpersonal skills, empathy and time management are required.
• Domestic or housekeeping experience is welcome.

Responsabilidades

• Provide personalised care including help with daily activities and medication assistance.
• Maintain communal areas and offer domestic support like cleaning and shopping.
• Support social activities and transportation, enhancing wellbeing and connections.
