Job summary

McCarthy Stone Ltd is seeking a Mobile Care Assistant to join our care team across Kenilworth and surrounding areas. The role combines personal care with domestic tasks and requires travel between developments, using your own car and a valid UK driving licence. Hourly rate is £14.50, with additional earnings for evenings (£0.30) and weekends (£1.30).

A probation bonus of £300 is offered. We offer full training, travel expenses covered, and mileage paid at 43p per mile.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a care environment is preferred but training can be provided.
• Must be compassionate, proactive and able to support older adults.
• Strong interpersonal skills and time management are essential.

Responsibilities

• Provide personalised care including help with daily activities and medication assistance.
• Maintain communal areas to a high standard and offer domestic support.
• Support homeowners with social activities and transport arrangements.
