Job summary

McCarthy Stone is seeking passionate Care Assistants to join our growing care team in Atherstone and surrounding areas. This mobile, field-based role requires a valid full UK driving licence and access to your own car, with travel between developments and mileage paid at 43p per mile.

The role offers £14.50 per hour, plus an extra 30p per hour for evenings, with various shifts from 7am to 10pm. You will provide personal care, domestic support, companionship and wellbeing activities, travelling

Qualifications

• Experience in a care environment, with a Level 2 Health and Social Care.
• Strong interpersonal skills and empathy.
