McCarthy & Stone Ltd is seeking Mobile Care Assistants to join our care team in Morpeth and surrounding areas. The role involves both personal care and domestic services, with travel between developments required.

You will work on a 25-hour-per-week rota including mornings, evenings and alternate weekends, with a focus on compassionate care for older adults. A full UK driving licence and access to your own car are essential.

Formación

• Previous care experience is preferred but not essential; full training provided.
• Must have strong interpersonal skills, empathy and the ability to manage time effectively.
• Driving licence and access to own car, with willingness to travel between developments.

Responsabilidades

• Provide personalised care including help with daily activities, personal hygiene and medication assistance.
• Maintain communal areas to a high standard and assist with domestic tasks as needed.
• Support social activities, transport arrangements and appointments to enhance wellbeing.
