Job summary

McCarthy Stone is seeking a Mobile Care Assistant to support older homeowners across multiple developments. The role combines personal care with domestic tasks, travel between sites and delivery of companionship to enhance quality of life.

Qualified candidates should have strong interpersonal skills and empathy; a Level 2 Health and Social Care is preferred, with full UK driving license and access to a car. Training is provided and a probation bonus applies.

• Experience in care is desirable but training is provided.
• Must have strong interpersonal skills, empathy and time management.
• Level 2 Health and Social Care qualification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care and domestic support to homeowners.
• Assist with daily activities, hygiene and medications as needed.
