Job summary

McCarthy Stone is seeking a Mobile Care Assistant to join our care team across Bexleyheath and Dartford developments. This field-based role requires travel between sites and a valid UK driving license, with mileage paid.

You'll provide personal care, domestic support, and social companionship to homeowners, while on a rota that includes mornings, evenings, and alternate weekends. A £300 probation bonus is offered.

Qualifications

• Experience in a care environment preferred, Level 2 Health and Social Care.
• Must have a valid full UK driving license and access to your own car.
• Willingness to travel between developments on a rota, including early mornings, evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Provide personalised care including daily activities, personal hygiene, and medication assistance.
• Maintain and tidy communal areas, assist with domestic tasks and shopping as needed.
• Support social activities, transport arrangements and appointments to enhance wellbeing.
