Job summary

McCarthy Stone is seeking a Mobile Care Assistant to support homeowners across Yate and surrounding areas. This field-based role combines personal care with domestic tasks, with travel between developments and mileage reimbursed.

You will work part-time on a rota that includes mornings, evenings and alternate weekends, supported by training and a caring, proactive approach. A full UK driving licence is essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in a care environment preferred but full training is provided.
• Must have a valid full UK driving licence and access to own vehicle.
• Willingness to travel between developments and cover mobile shifts.

Responsibilities

• Provide personalised care including help with daily activities, personal hygiene and medication assistance.
• Offer domestic support such as cleaning, shopping, and household tasks.
• Maintain communal areas to a high standard within developments.
• Assist homeowners with social activities, transportation, and appointments.
• Travel between developments as part of a mobile field-based role.
