Job summary

Essex Cares Limited is seeking a Care Assistant in reablement to help customers regain independence in their own homes across West Essex. No prior experience is required as comprehensive training will be provided, and after induction you will be supported and mentored to progress with guaranteed contracted hours.

The role requires a full driving licence and access to your own vehicle (business insured), with travel between customers reimbursed at 55p per mile.

Qualifications

• Full driving licence and own vehicle is essential.
• Induction training provided and mentor support after training.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers to regain independence at home, including personal care, mobility and meal preparation.
• Support clients in relearning daily living activities and maintaining dignity and comfort.
• Travel to multiple locations across West Essex to deliver community care.
