Essex Cares Limited is looking for a Care Assistant in reablement to help customers regain independence in their own homes around Colchester and surrounding areas. Training is provided and a mentor will support you during induction to build confidence in the role.

You will have guaranteed contracted hours with progression opportunities, and you’ll be supported with ongoing training, qualifications, and wellbeing resources. A full driving licence and access to a car are essential.

Qualifications

• Help customers regain independence at home and relearn daily living skills.
• Assist with personal care, mobility and meal preparation.
