Job summary

Home Instead East Hampshire & Midhurst is looking for Caring Care Assistants to join our Outstanding in Caring team. You will provide personal care, companionship and support to clients in their homes, with full training and ongoing development.

The role requires a valid UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle. We offer paid mileage, competitive hourly rates (£12.71–£13.80 during training/shadowing), and a referral bonus of £200.

Qualifications

• Compassionate, friendly personality with the ability to connect with older people
• Professional, responsible and dedicated to delivering quality care
• Clear written and spoken English communication
• Right to work in the UK
• Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle for travel between visits

Responsibilities

• Personal Care & Daily Tasks: assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, meals, medications reminders and mobility
• Comfort & Well-being: maintain privacy, monitor health and enhance quality of life
• Companionship & Emotional Support: provide friendly interaction and reduce loneliness
• Promoting Independence: encourage clients to do tasks and support safe mobility
