Job summary

Essex Cares Limited is recruiting experienced Care Assistants to join our Community reablement team in Selsey. You will help customers regain independence, assist with personal care, mobility, meals, and medication support, and accompany them in home and community settings.

Full and part-time contracts are available, with shifts from 7am to 2:30pm or 4pm to 11pm. A full driving licence and own vehicle are essential, with travel around Selsey and surrounding areas required, and mileage paid at

Qualifications

• Experience as a Care Assistant in community reablement or similar settings.
• Comfortable helping with personal care, mobility, meals and medication support.
• Willing to be trained and mentored and progress with the company.

Responsibilities

• Help customers relearn daily living skills at home and in the community.
• Assist with personal care, mobility, meals and medication support.
• Work with customers to regain independence and confidence.
• Attend induction training and ongoing specialist training and development.
