Cera is hiring a Community Carer in South East Essex to support clients who recently left hospital and need care at home. You will assist with personal care, meals, and medications while traveling between visits in your own vehicle.

Flexible shifts include 7-3 and 3-10, with every other weekend off. A driving licence and access to a car are required. We provide training, DBS, a company phone, uniform, and career progression pathways.

Qualifications

• Experience as a care assistant is welcome.
• Right to work in the UK is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care, meals and medications to clients in their own homes.
• Visit clients in their homes and travel between visits.
• Support clients recently discharged from hospital to aid recovery.
