Job summary

Essex Cares Limited is seeking Care Assistants for reablement, helping customers live independently at home. No prior care experience is required as full training is provided, and you will travel across Maldon and surrounding areas with a full driving licence and vehicle.

Shifts run 7am–3pm or 3:30pm–11pm on 16–36 hour contracts; every other weekend included. Benefits include guaranteed hours, induction, training, pension and reward schemes.

Qualifications

• No previous care experience required; training provided.
• Full driving licence and own vehicle essential.
• Travel around Maldon and surrounding areas.

Responsibilities

• Help customers regain independence at home with personal care, mobility and daily activities.
• Assist with meal preparation and daily living tasks.
• Work with a mentor during induction and ongoing support.
