Essex Cares Limited is seeking a Care Assistant in reablement to help customers regain independence at home. No prior experience is required as full training is provided, with a mentor to support you during your induction.

You will travel around North Essex to visit customers, with guaranteed contracted hours after induction and opportunities for progression. A 55p per mile mileage allowance, uniform, DBS checks, pension, and access to funded qualifications are provided.

Qualifications

• No prior care experience required; full training provided.
• Induction and mentorship provided to help you settle into the role.
• Travel around North Essex to visit customers is required.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with personal care and activities of daily living.
• Support mobility, meal preparation and home safety in clients' homes.
• Encourage independence and relearn daily living skills during visits.
