Job summary

McCarthy Stone is seeking a Mobile Care Assistant to support homeowners across Patchway and surrounding areas. This dual role covers Personal Care and Domestic Services, with travel between developments and parking provided at each site.

The role is part-time on a rota including mornings, evenings and alternate weekends. You’ll deliver personalised care, maintain communal areas and assist with wellbeing activities.

Qualifications

• Experience in a care environment preferred but not essential; full training provided.
• Strong interpersonal skills, empathy and ability to manage time effectively.
• Valid full UK driving licence and willingness to travel between developments.

Responsibilities

• Provide personalised care including help with daily activities, personal hygiene and medication assistance.
• Provide domestic support such as cleaning, shopping and household tasks.
• Offer social support and accompany residents to appointments and activities; maintain communal areas.
