McCarthy Stone is seeking Mobile Care Assistants to join our care team across Yate and surrounding areas. A valid UK driving licence and own vehicle are essential; travel expenses are covered with mileage paid at 43p per mile.

The role pays £14.50 per hour, with a potential additional £1.30 for evenings and weekends, and a £300 probation bonus. We offer full-time or part-time hours on a rota, including mornings, evenings and alternate weekends.

Qualifikationen

• Previous care experience is not essential; full training will be provided.
• A valid full UK driver’s licence is required and willingness to travel between developments.

Aufgaben

• Provide personalised care including assistance with daily activities, personal hygiene and medication support; also offer domestic help such as cleaning and shopping.
• Maintain and tidy communal areas to a welcoming standard within developments.
• Assist with social activities, transport arrangements and attending appointments to support wellbeing.
