McCarthy & Stone is seeking Mobile Care Assistants to join our care team across Downend and surrounding areas. This mobile role combines personal care and domestic support, with travel between developments and mileage paid.

You will be compassionate, proactive and able to manage time effectively, with training provided if you lack Level 2 Health and Social Care. A valid UK driving license and access to your own car are essential, with rota patterns including mornings, evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• Dual role of Personal Care and Domestic Services with travel between developments.
• Level 2 Health and Social Care training provided if not already held.
• Strong interpersonal skills and time management are essential.

Responsibilities

• Provide personalised care, including help with daily activities, personal hygiene, and medication assistance.
• Maintain communal areas within developments, assisting with cleaning and household tasks.
• Support social activities, transport arrangements, and appointments for homeowners.
