McCarthy Stone is seeking a passionate Mobile Care Assistant to join our care team in the Middlewich area. The role involves personal care, domestic tasks and social support across our developments, with travel between sites and a valid UK driving license essential.

Compassionate, proactive candidates will receive training and have the opportunity to grow within the company, with driving responsibilities at the core of this mobile field-based position.

Qualifications

• Must have strong interpersonal skills, empathy and the ability to manage time effectively.
• Experience in a care environment preferred but full training provided.
• Applicable to a field-based mobile role delivering personalised care.

Responsibilities

• Provide personalised care including help with daily activities, personal hygiene and medication assistance.
• Maintain communal areas to a high standard and assist with domestic tasks.
• Support social activities, transport arrangements and appointments to enhance wellbeing.
