Job summary

McCarthy & Stone is seeking a passionate Mobile Care Assistant to join our care team in Nantwich and surrounding areas. You’ll deliver personal care, domestic support, and companionship to older adults, traveling between developments as required.

We offer a competitive hourly rate of £14.50 plus additional evening and weekend enhancements, full training if needed, a driving license and access to a company pension, Life Insurance, and staff benefits including travel expense coverage and 28 days

Qualifications

• Level 2 Health and Social Care required or willing to train.
• Strong interpersonal skills and empathy essential.
• Full UK driving license and access to your own car required; travel between developments.

Responsibilities

• Provide personalised care including daily activities and personal hygiene.
• Deliver domestic support and maintain communal areas to a high standard.
• Offer companionship and support wellbeing activities for homeowners.
• Travel between developments as part of a mobile care role.
• Assist with shopping, light household tasks and transport arrangements.
