Job summary

CBW Staffing Solutions Ltd is seeking a Mobile Building Service Engineer with an electrical bias to support a portfolio of sites across Scotland and the North of England. The role involves PPM, reactive maintenance, and electrical repairs in commercial buildings, with a focus on maintaining HVAC and general building services.

A full UK driving licence is required. The position is a mobile role, Monday–Friday, offering a salary up to £47,000 DOE and a company vehicle and tools provided.

Qualifications

• Electrical bias with a strong understanding of building services and mechanical systems.
• Experience in facilities management or commercial environments.
• Proven ability to perform PPM and reactive maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) as per schedules and client requirements.
• Respond to reactive maintenance requests and diagnose faults efficiently.
• Undertake electrical maintenance, fault finding and repairs across commercial buildings.
• Carry out general building services and mechanical maintenance.
• Maintain HVAC, heating, ventilation and related building services.
• Complete maintenance records and reports using required systems.
