Job summary

CBW Staffing Solutions Ltd is seeking a Mobile Building Services Engineer with an electrical bias to support a broad portfolio of sites across Scotland and the North of England. The role covers both planned and reactive maintenance, ensuring safety, compliance and optimal operation of building services.

You will work across electrical, mechanical, HVAC and other building systems, performing fault finding, routine servicing and minor installations, while maintaining accurate records and liaising

Qualifications

• Electrical bias with broader building services understanding.
• Experience in Facilities Management or commercial environment.
• Strong fault-finding and diagnostic capabilities.
• Ability to work with PPM and reactive maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Carry out PPM as per schedules and client requirements.
• Respond to reactive maintenance requests and diagnose faults.
• Undertake electrical maintenance, fault finding and repairs in commercial buildings.
• Perform general building services and mechanical maintenance.
• Maintain HVAC, heating and ventilation systems.
