Job summary

CBW Staffing Solutions is hiring a Mobile Mechanical Maintenance Engineer to cover Bromley, Guildford & Red Hill, servicing 5–10 commercial sites with focus on electrical and mechanical plant maintenance.

The role is mobile across sites, Monday to Friday, with a rota and on-call duties. Applicants should have City & Guilds/NVQ in Mechanical engineering and a proven track record in commercial building maintenance. Competitive package offered.

Qualifications

• City & Guilds / NVQ in Mechanical engineering is required.
• Copies of trade certificates must be provided (Essential).
• Proven track record in commercial building maintenance and multi-skilled capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Carry out PPM and reactive maintenance on electrical and mechanical plant.
• Electrical and mechanical maintenance across high-end residential estates and commercial offices.
• Weekly Fire Alarm tests and log results; Weekly AOV tests and log results.
• L8 water hygiene monitoring.
• Service AHU/FCU/MVHR and related equipment.
• Oversee Sub Contractors and assist with quotations for remedial works.
• Be available for duty call-out on a 1 in 8 rota.
