Fawkes & Reece are currently looking for a Mobile Building Services Engineer in London. This position focuses mainly on commercial contracts, including offices and schools, with a small element of high-end residential work.

Our client will provide you with a van and fuel card for personal use.

About the Role

The Mobile Building Services Engineer will be responsible for:

1. Carrying out planned preventative maintenance within both the mechanical and electrical space.
2. Handling reactive breakdowns.
3. Conducting alarms and water testing.
4. Performing a small amount of work on AHU and FCU.

Experience Required

To be considered for the role of Mobile Building Services Engineer, candidates should have:

1. Any City & Guilds/NVQ Qualifications - Mechanical ideally, but Electrical qualifications will also be accepted.
