Mobile Building Services Engineer - £42k - London

COMPANY

My client has been successfully operating for over 35 years within the mechanical and electrical industry. They specialise in Commercial Offices in London but also have contracts in retail, including Barclays Bank, HSBC, Lloyds Banking Group, and RBS.

WORKING HOURS

• Monday – Friday
• 8am – 5pm
• 41.25 Hour Weeks

ROLE

They are seeking a mobile commercial gas engineer to join the team. This mobile role will cover London & The Home Counties, working across their entire portfolio of clients. The position will involve service, maintenance, breakdown & repairs to all mechanical plant, including:

1. Plant room maintenance works
2. Emergency light testing, Fan Coils, Filters, pumps, Motors, general plumbing.

You will also be expected to carry out PPMs & Reactive tasks across FM some of the time.

SALARY & PACKAGE

• £42k
